A tasteful silver tin filled with 10 of our mouth-watering Valrhona dark chocolate brownies. Made the same day they are shipped, they're gooey inside but not out, so none of the intensely delicious South American chocolate comes off on your hands.
Valrhona chocolate is made in France and is a blend of two rare South American cacao beans. Faint aromas of licorice, raisin and chestnut are released when the beans are roasted. It is a strong, dark chocolate on its own, perfectly tempered in our brownies.
Three Tarts
As classmates at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education (I.C.E.) in New York City, three bakers earned the nickname “Three Tarts.” The moniker stuck even after graduation, and when Marla D’Urso decided to open her Chelsea bakery + boutique in 2006, she knew there were no better pastry chefs to call upon than Sandra Palmer and Kiyomi Toda-Burke.
