Can I Ship To Multiple Recipients?Yes, you can ship one product to as many recipients as you wish. During checkout, you will be asked to enter a shipping address. If you enter more than one shipping address, you will then be prompted to match the products in your cart with each shipping address. There is no limitation on how many shipments you may have in one order. For example, if you wish to send three different products to three different people, you may do so.

Can I Send a Gift Note?Yes. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter a note for your shipment(s). The gift note will be included with your selected product when it ships.

How Do I Order?To begin the ordering process, you must find the products of your choice and click "Add To Cart." In general, Chocolate.com relies on the experience of the vendors to properly package each product. Some products require extra packaging, some do not.

Do you ship OUTSIDE the U.S?We ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Spain. If your country is listed here, you can add your products to the cart and select the country during the checkout process. If not, please contact us to determine if special arrangements can be made.

What days of the week do you deliver?All shipping is done via UPS. Ups delivers packages Monday through Friday.

Shipping charges vary based on the location of the recipient and the location of the vendor. You can see the estimated shipping charges by entering a zip code when viewing product detail.
