As a chocolate maker, I mostly use dark chocolate. It's a friend who asked me to do this one, and she was so delighted she told to put it in the collection. Creamy Belgian white chocolate, crunchy with the nuts and balanced in sweetness with the sea salt, it's a white chocolate lover's favorite.

Hand-made in small batches combining fine dark and white Belgian chocolate with luscious fillings using spirits, organic nuts, fruits, spices from local markets or imported, BitterHeart collection focuses on intense chocolates combined with flavors who rhyme with pleasure such as Cognac, Coffee, Absinthe, Tequila, Chilies, and glitter at times. The truffles vary with the seasons, and may be vegan and must be consumed within a month.Features
