Owner, pastry chef and college instructor Judy Parks has owned Tarts & Truffles Bakery in Sacramento for over 25 years. During that time the bakery has produced gourmet European and American styled wedding cakes, birthday cakes and every imaginable cookie and pastry for retail and wholesale customers.
For the past 16 years Judy has been teaching college level baking and culinary arts classes. Over the years she has created and tested thousands of working recipes for commercial and home baking needs.
