They include 2003 Merlot from Burrell School, 1997 Blanc de Blanc Champagne from Equinox, a 2006 "Super Tuscan" from Bartolo and a 2005 Pinot Noir from Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard. The centers in these chocolates are made with only Belgian dark chocolate, wine and a small amount of butter. The centers are hand-dipped in dark chocolate and the winery's logo is applied using a natural food color. We are the wine chocolate experts--we make chocolates for over 65 different wineries.
