A filling with hazelnuts, almonds, cashew and dark chocolate. White chocolate on the outside, my take on this Belgian traditional Praliné recipes with a bottom of dark 72% chocolate for an extra kick. Soft and crunchy in the middle, this bar is somewhere between a cake, an ice cream and a truffle.
